# Tapas Talk > Tapas Talk is a mobile app for learning the Spanish people actually use in bars, markets and streets, by saying it out loud and getting told what to fix. Made by Keeda Studios. - What it is: a Spanish learning app for English speakers. Every word and phrase comes with the situation it belongs to, and you say it out loud from the first minute. - Pronunciation scoring: tap the mic, say the word, and get a score out of 100, letter by letter, with one line on what to change. Scoring runs on a server, so it needs a network connection. - Spain or Latin America: the learner picks Spain, or Mexico and Latin America, and every pronunciation guide, voice and score follows that choice (for example gracias is GRA-thyas in Madrid and GRA-syas in Mexico City). - Course: 23 chapters of real situations, including Start Here, Bars & Tapas, The Market Run, Around Madrid, At the Table, The Wedding, The Cantina, Andalusia, Pharmacy & Feeling Ill and Travel Days, plus a grammar chapter, How Spanish Works. - Practice: spaced review rounds, a Practice Lab in every chapter, a quick quiz at the end of every level, streaks and medals. - Who it is for: English speakers who want to speak Spanish out loud in real situations (travel, eating out, daily life) rather than only read and write it. - Platforms: iPhone and iPad (App Store) and Android phones and tablets (Google Play). - Price model: free to download. Every chapter is open for the first seven days, with no account and no card. After that the opening chapters stay free and a one-time payment unlocks every chapter. No subscription. Pronunciation checks use credits: 100 free to start, 1,000 more with the unlock. - Maker: Keeda Studios (https://keedastudios.com), the independent app studio of Akhil Madan. Support: support@keedastudios.com. ## Pages - [Home](https://tapastalk.app/): What Tapas Talk is, how pronunciation scoring works, the 23 chapters and the price - [Guides](https://tapastalk.app/blog): All Tapas Talk guides to real, spoken Spanish - [Support](https://tapastalk.app/support): Help with sound, the microphone, purchases, refunds and moving to a new phone - [Privacy policy](https://tapastalk.app/privacy): What the app collects, who processes it and how to delete it - [Terms](https://tapastalk.app/terms): Terms of use - [Delete your account](https://tapastalk.app/delete-account): How to delete your account and data ## Articles - [How to order tapas and drinks in Spanish](https://tapastalk.app/blog/how-to-order-tapas-in-spanish): The phrases to get served, order drinks and tapas, share plates and pay at a bar in Spain, with pronunciation, free-tapa customs by city, tipping and the Mexican differences - [Spanish phrases people actually say in Spain](https://tapastalk.app/blog/spanish-phrases-people-say-in-spain): Everyday Spain Spanish (vale, ¿qué tal?, hasta luego, quedamos) next to the textbook lines it replaces, plus tú, usted and vosotros, common slang, and words that differ in Latin America - [How to improve your Spanish pronunciation](https://tapastalk.app/blog/how-to-improve-spanish-pronunciation): The sounds English speakers get wrong, in order of impact: pure vowels, the tapped r and trilled rr, unaspirated p t k, silent h, stress rules, Spain vs Latin American accent, and a daily practice routine
